DeepShield acts as an intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We claim safe-harbour protection under Section 79 of the IT Act, subject to observance of due diligence requirements under the IT Rules, 2021. We do not initiate, select the receiver of, or modify the content of transmissions made by users.

  • You do not have the right to analyse or distribute.

  • Constitutes an offence under the IT Act including §66 (computer-related offences), §66C (identity theft), §66D (cheating by personation using a computer resource), §66E (violation of privacy), §67 / §67A / §67B (obscene, sexually explicit material and child sexual abuse material), or any provision of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
  • Is non-consensual intimate imagery, used to harass, dox, or impersonate any person.
  • Bypasses or attempts to bypass rate limits, credit accounting, RLS, authentication, or security controls; or scrapes, reverse-engineers, or resells the service.

5. Takedown & grievance redressal (IT Rules 2021 Rule 3(2)(a))

6. Credits and billing

Scans consume credits at the per-mode rate displayed in the Scanner. Credits are issued via redemption codes or admin top-ups. All prices, where shown, are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, and expire on account closure. Subject to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, no refunds are provided once credits have been issued. For billing questions, email support@deepx27.fun.

7. Data and retention

All scans are permanently deleted 7 days after creation. See the Privacy Policy for the full DPDP Act, 2023 notice. You are responsible for downloading any reports you need to keep.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law. Detection scores are estimates and may produce false positives or false negatives. Do not rely on DeepShield as the sole basis for legal, financial, or safety decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory provisions of Indian law.

10. Termination
